These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Lumi Clean. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. About Lumi Clean

Lumi Clean provides domestic and commercial cleaning services within the United Kingdom. All services are subject to availability.

2. Bookings

Bookings are made by contacting Lumi Clean directly via phone or email. Once a date, time, and scope of work have been agreed, your booking will be confirmed.

Any changes to your booking should be communicated as soon as possible.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Prices are based on the type of service, duration, and specific requirements discussed in advance.

All pricing is transparent, and there are no hidden fees. Payment must be made as agreed prior to or following the service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved time.

5. Access to the Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.

If keys are provided, they will be handled securely and used only for the purpose of carrying out the agreed cleaning service. A key acknowledgement may be provided where applicable.

6. Cleaning Products & Equipment

Lumi Clean cleaners do not provide cleaning products or equipment. Clients are responsible for supplying all necessary products and equipment unless otherwise agreed in advance.

If you are unsure what is required, we are happy to advise before your appointment.

7. Scope of Work

The scope of cleaning will be agreed prior to the service. Any additional tasks requested on the day may not be possible and could result in additional charges if agreed.

Cleaners will work efficiently within the booked time but cannot guarantee completion of all tasks if additional work is requested or if the property condition requires more time than expected.

8. Health & Safety

Clients must ensure that the property is safe to clean. Cleaners may refuse to carry out tasks that pose a health or safety risk, including but not limited to unsafe equipment, hazardous materials, or aggressive behaviour.

9. Satisfaction & Feedback

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the clean so we can address your concerns.

We value feedback and aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

10. Liability

While we take every care, Lumi Clean is not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Damage caused by faulty or unsafe equipment supplied by the client

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

11. Insurance

All Lumi Clean cleaners are insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

12. Changes to These Terms

Lumi Clean reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.
